Getting a useful reply
When you write to us, the more context you give, the quicker we can work out what is going on. If your message concerns a specific casino, name the casino and the page you were looking at. If it concerns a bonus offer, include the offer name and the terms you saw. If it concerns a payment, mention the payment method and the direction of the money — deposit or withdrawal. If it concerns your account, tell us what action you took just before the problem appeared.
Do not paste in your full login details or passwords. We never ask for those. If you are describing a dispute with a casino, we can only help with what you are comfortable sharing, so keep the message factual and stick to what actually happened.
What happens to your message
Your message goes straight to the editorial team that runs this website. We read it ourselves rather than passing it through an automated system. The information you send is used only to answer your question and to improve the accuracy of the pages on this site. We do not sell your details to third parties, and we do not use your message for marketing.
We keep your message for as long as necessary to deal with your query and to keep records of any corrections we make because of it. After that, we delete it. We do not share the content of your message with any casino or with any other operator, unless you explicitly ask us to forward it on your behalf.
Feedback about the website
When you point out an error on a page — a wrong bonus figure, an outdated licence detail, a broken claim — we treat that as a correction request. We check the claim against the casino's own terms and against public records, and we fix the page where the evidence supports your note. If we do not change the page, we tell you why.
If your feedback is about the site's structure or readability, we use it in our next round of page updates. We cannot reply to every piece of general feedback, but we do read all of it.
Before you hit send
Check that your message names the specific casino and the specific page. A message that says “your reviews are wrong” without naming a casino or a page takes us several rounds of follow-up questions. A message that says “the wagering on the welcome bonus at Casino X is listed as forty times but the terms say fifty times” gets action on the same read.
If you are reporting a problem with your own gambling, this form is not the right channel. We are an editorial site, not a support desk, and we cannot intervene with a casino on your behalf. If you need help with gambling behaviour, contact a support service directly — several operate in New Zealand and are listed in the responsible-gambling section of this site.
We aim to respond to every legitimate query in a reasonable time. Messages that are abusive, that contain threats, or that are clearly spam are not answered. If you do not hear back from us, check that your message included a return address that is spelled correctly and that your subject line named the casino involved.
